We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Some locations may not be serviceable due to courier restrictions. In such cases, we will contact you.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or situations beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may re-attempt delivery.
In case the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
