We offer a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty, including 4 complimentary services during the warranty period.

Any manufacturing or functional issue, except physical/crash or water damage, is covered under warranty. Covered issues will be inspected and serviced, with an estimated turnaround time of 10–15 working days.

! What’s not covered

Crash damage, accidental damage, and water damage are not covered under warranty. Required parts and repair charges in such cases are payable by the customer.

↗ Courier & store visits

For units sent via courier, shipping charges are borne by the customer. Customers visiting our store directly can avail of inspection and service support at no additional charge.
