What’s covered
We offer a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty, including
4 complimentary services during the warranty period.
Any manufacturing or functional issue, except
physical/crash or water damage, is covered under
warranty. Covered issues will be inspected and
serviced, with an estimated turnaround time of
10–15 working days.

What’s not covered
Crash damage, accidental damage, and water damage
are not covered under warranty. Required parts and
repair charges in such cases are payable by the
customer.

Courier & store visits
For units sent via courier, shipping charges are
borne by the customer. Customers visiting our store
directly can avail of inspection and service support
at no additional charge.
It can store and charge batteries. When used with the DJI 65W Portable Charger, it can fully charge 2 Intelligent Flight Batteries simultaneously in just 70 minutes.
With at least one battery stored, it can serve as a power bank, using the remaining battery power to charge devices such as goggles or smartphones.
Tips
Parallel charging requires the DJI 65W Portable Charger or a charger with at least 65W output, 4.3A current at 15V, and PD protocol support, along with a charging cable rated for at least 5A and also supporting PD protocol. Otherwise, batteries will be charged individually.
