1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return/Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible.

• Certain items (such as safety utilities like pepper spray or personal-use gadgets) may not be returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product details.

3. Our team will guide you on return shipping or arrange a pickup (where available).

4. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet).

• It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

• If the product is not eligible for a refund (due to damage or missing parts), we will notify you.

4. Replacements

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, we can send a replacement (subject to stock availability).

• If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

• All approved exchanges/replacements will be completed and delivered within 15 days

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned/refunded:
