• Some locations may not be serviceable due to courier restrictions. In such cases, we will contact you.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take longer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or situations beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may re-attempt delivery.

• In case the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
